Dale Hollow Lake has bent grass tees leading to zoysia fairways and large, undulating bent grass greens. The 61 bunkers are framed by zoysia. Most of the holes have moderate to severe elevation changes. Other course features include numerous rock outcroppings, small caves, springs, gorges, two ponds, and mountain views. Bring your camera, this is one of the most scenic courses in the country.
Calvert City Golf & Country Club has a beautiful 18 hole golf course located in Western Kentucky. Opened in the Spring of 1970, the Harold England designed course is 6679 yards from the back tees and 3574 yards from the front tees. The par 72 layout consists of MiniVerde Dwarf Bermuda Grass greens and lush carpet-like El Toro Zoysia grass fairways with five teeing areas, several sand bunkers and lakes that come into play on several holes.

Lake Barkley "Boots Randolph" Golf located in beautiful Cadiz, Kentucky on the border of Land Between the Lakes, lies this wonderful test of golf.
This course has a meandering stream that is fed by the Big Blue Spring that will come into play on half of the holes. Both nines are laid out along the valley floor with no blind shots. Most of the fairways are tree lined, and nearly all of the greens are well bunkered. A difficult hole is #6, a 517-yard, par 5, with a ninety-degree dogleg left fairway and a well-protected green.
Designed by E. Lawrence Packard, ASGCA, the Boots Randolph golf course opened in 1972.
This peaceful setting on the shores of Lake Barkley is historically linked to the author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The property was once the farm of Willis B. Machen, grandfather of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald. It's not hard to imagine the serene, Gatsby-style era from this park, with idyllic days of playing golf and cruising the lake.
You need imagine no longer; the park now has a challenging 18-hole, par-72 golf course! The front 9 holes are situated in a wooded area and many of the back 9 holes are flanked by lake views. A pro shop offers rental carts, clubs and golf merchandise. The park also has a picnic area, a fishing pier and a boat ramp.
