KY State Park Golf Update

Barren River Lake State Resort Park Golf courses at Kentucky State Parks remain open. In order to protect the health of players and staff, we're taking several precautions during the coronavirus outbreak.
Starting April 1, state park golf carts will no longer be allowed, except for guests with ADA stickers. We're doing this to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Private carts will be allowed where the player has purchased a pass.

Other precautions include closing pro shops to drive thru service only and spacing tee times 20 minutes apart. The golf courses have removed bunker rakes, and made modifications to the flagsticks to help eliminate the spreading of the virus. Operating hours may also be reduced at courses.

We appreciate your patience at this time and encourage all players to practice social distancing to help keep everyone safe on and off the course. For more about Kentucky State Parks, visit parks.ky.gov. For more about the coronavirus in Kentucky, please visit kycovid19.ky.gov

If you have questions, please call the state park golf course where you plan to play. Thank you!
